Shopping Policy
Once an order is placed please press the Send Order button in the confirmation page to inform us about the order and fast-track your order. Your order will be processed once the payment is received and the transfer details are sent to us. Once your order is confirmed and payments are received you will receive emails notifying about it. And order will not be processed unless a payment is made and orders that have failed to make a payment will be discarded after 3 days.
Return Policy
Our policy states that we do not offer refunds; however, exchanges are possible within 14 days. And a refund can be provided if there is a manufacturing defect. In such cases, will cover the delivery costs and the amount will be transferred back. Thank you for your understanding!
Delivery Policy
